Customer & inventory intelligence

Customer and stock patterns turned into segments

Two analysis tools that turn trading history into decisions: one about who buys from you, one about what you hold.

Customer intelligence

AI Tools โ†’ Customer Intel scores your customer base:

  • Churn risk โ€” who has gone quiet relative to their own pattern. A weekly customer missing for three weeks matters more than an annual one missing for a month.
  • Lifetime value โ€” what a customer is worth over the relationship, not just the last basket.
  • RFM segments โ€” recency, frequency and monetary value, grouping customers into champions, loyal, at-risk, and lapsed.
  • Sentiment โ€” the tone of feedback and reviews, where you collect them.

The practical use is targeting: a win-back campaign to at-risk customers with real value behind them beats a discount to everybody.

Inventory intelligence

AI Tools โ†’ Inventory Intel looks at what you are holding:

  • ABC analysis โ€” splits your range by revenue contribution, typically around 80/15/5. Your A items deserve tight stock control; your C items usually deserve less shelf space than they have.
  • Slow movers โ€” what has not sold and how much cash is tied up in it.
  • Inventory health โ€” a single score you can watch over time.
  • Dynamic pricing suggestions โ€” where a price change might shift stock.

Acting on it

Slow movers are a markdown, a bundle, or a returns conversation with the supplier. Dead stock does not improve with age, and the carrying cost is real even when it is invisible.

Accuracy depends on your data

These are only as good as what they read. Cost prices drive margin analysis, and an accurate stock count drives everything else โ€” if the ledger is wrong, so is the advice.

Note: your business can rename menu items (Settings โ†’ POS Configuration โ†’ Menu Labels), so the names in your menu may differ from those shown here.
