Add-on modules: what they are and how to switch one on
On this page
Beyond the core register and back office, SalesPoint360 is organised into modules — coherent bundles of features you can switch on when your business needs them. Everything from a full property-management suite to a pharmacy or a picture-framing workshop.
What is available
Modules fall into three broad groups:
- Operational — inventory, multi-store, procurement, workforce, daily operations, marketing.
- Commercial — quotes and invoicing, loyalty, online ordering, appointments, restaurant.
- Industry — property rentals, vehicle fleet, custom framing, print shop, pharmacy, franchise.
Each module unlocks its own set of admin screens, permissions, and reports. Switching one on does not disturb anything you already use.
How a module gets enabled
Two things have to line up before a module appears:
- Your plan has to include the underlying features. Higher plans include more.
- The module has to be switched on for your account. Some are off by default even where the plan allows them, because most businesses never need them.
If a module you are paying for is not visible, contact support and it can be enabled without any migration or downtime.
Why a screen might still be hidden
Once a module is on, individual screens are also gated by your role. If a colleague can see something you cannot, that is a permission rather than a module — an administrator can grant it under Team → Roles & Permissions.
Trying one out
Modules are safe to explore: turning one on adds screens but changes no existing data. If you decide against it, switching it back off simply hides the screens again — nothing you entered is deleted.
Note: your business can rename menu items (Settings → POS Configuration → Menu Labels), so the names in your menu may differ from those shown here.
