Comparing the plans: what each one includes
On this page
SalesPoint360 comes in six plans. Every plan runs on the same platform — one catalogue, one customer list, one set of records across your stores and every screen. Higher plans simply raise your limits and switch on more tools. Nothing is ever lost when you move up: upgrading only adds features and raises limits.

Here is what each plan includes and costs. Each higher plan is a superset of the one before it.

Upgrading and downgrading
You can change plans at any time from Reports & Analytics → Billing. Upgrading takes effect immediately and only adds — your products, customers, sales, staff and settings stay exactly as they are. If a menu item is greyed out or shows “not available on your plan,” it belongs to a higher plan; the article “Plan limits & why a feature is hidden” explains how gating works.
