Installing the mobile apps (iOS & Android)
On this page
SalesPoint360 ships as native apps for iOS and Android, so you can sell and manage your business from a phone or tablet โ the same live account you use in a browser.
Download and sign in
Install SalesPoint360 from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with your usual email and password, or a PIN for fast access. The app loads your live account, so there is nothing extra to configure โ your catalog, customers, and settings are already there.
What the apps can do
Everything the web version does: ring sales on the POS register, manage products and inventory, view reports and dashboards, take online orders, and run appointments or restaurant tables. Because the apps load from the server, new features and fixes appear without an app-store update.
Hardware on mobile
The apps turn the device into a mobile POS:
- Barcode scanning with the built-in camera (fast ML-based scanning) โ no separate scanner needed.
- Receipt printing to a Bluetooth thermal printer โ pair it once and it is remembered.
- Card payments through your configured gateway or a supported terminal.
All-in-one Android POS devices
SalesPoint360 also runs on handheld Android POS terminals (the kind with a built-in printer and scanner). Pair the built-in printer over Bluetooth and set the receipt width to match its paper (usually 58mm) under Settings โ General โ POS Config.
PIN sign-in and shared devices
On a shared tablet, staff switch quickly with PIN sign-in, and each person's actions are attributed to them. Push notifications keep managers posted on new orders and low-stock alerts.
Working offline
Lose signal and the app keeps selling โ sales queue on the device and sync when you reconnect. For markets and other frequently-offline settings, use SP360 Lite, the dedicated offline-first register.
Note: your business can rename menu items (Settings โ POS Configuration โ Menu Labels), so the names in your menu may differ from those shown here.
