Plan limits & why a feature is hidden
On this page
Your subscription plan controls two things: limits (how many stores, products, and users you can have) and features (which parts of SalesPoint360 are switched on). This explains what to do when either gets in your way.
Why a menu item is missing
The admin sidebar only shows what you can actually use, and it hides things for two different reasons:
- Your role does not include that permission — an administrator can grant it under Team → Roles & Permissions.
- Your plan does not include that feature — visiting the page directly shows a 'Feature Not Available' notice with an upgrade link.
If a colleague can see something you cannot, it is almost always the first one.
Hitting a limit
When you reach your plan's cap on stores, products, or users, the create button reports it rather than silently failing. Upgrade under Settings → Billing & Plan and the new allowance applies immediately — there is nothing to re-enter.
Watching your usage
Settings → Billing & Plan → Usage shows where you stand against every limit with progress bars, plus the month's email, SMS, and AI usage. Checking it occasionally is the easiest way to avoid a surprise mid-campaign.
Upgrading and downgrading
Upgrades take effect straight away and are prorated. Before downgrading, check that you are inside the lower plan's limits and that you are not relying on a feature it does not include — data is never deleted, but a feature you lose access to becomes unavailable until you upgrade again.
Invoices and payment
Keep a billing contact and a payment method on file for automatic renewal. Past invoices are available under Settings → Billing & Plan whenever you or your accountant need them.
Still not there?
Some capabilities can be enabled for your account individually. If a feature you need sits outside your plan, ask support what the options are before assuming a full upgrade is required.
Note: your business can rename menu items (Settings → POS Configuration → Menu Labels), so the names in your menu may differ from those shown here.
