Subscription plan, billing and invoices

Your subscription plan decides which features and limits your business has. Manage it under Settings → Billing & Plan.

Choosing a plan

Plans range from Free through Enterprise, each raising the limits on stores, products, users, and registers, and unlocking capabilities like online ordering, restaurant mode, appointments, offline sync, and the AI tools. You can compare plans and change at any time; upgrades take effect immediately so a new feature is available the moment you switch.

Features and limits

The admin sidebar automatically hides menu items your plan does not include, and visiting a restricted feature shows a friendly upgrade prompt. If you are ever unsure why something is hidden, it is almost always a plan feature — check the plan comparison.

Billing contact and payment method

Add a billing contact so invoices reach the right person, and keep a payment method on file for automatic renewals. You can update these, add tax certificates, and download past invoices from the Billing & Plan pages at any time.

Usage and limits

The Settings → Billing & Plan → Usage tab shows where you stand against your plan's limits — stores, products, users, storage — with progress bars, plus your monthly email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, and AI usage. It is the place to check before a busy period so there are no surprises.

A note on customer invoices

Plan billing is separate from the invoices you send your own customers. Those live under Finance → Invoices, where you can create, send, take online payment for, and set up recurring invoices — a different feature from your SalesPoint360 subscription.

Note: your business can rename menu items (Settings → POS Configuration → Menu Labels), so the names in your menu may differ from those shown here.
