Knowledge base & in-app help

This help centre. Every screen in the portal now has a ? button that explains the page and links straight to its full guide, and you can ask a question in plain English at the top of any help page — answers cite the articles they came from.

Property rentals & leasing

A full property module: properties and units, short-term bookings and long-term leases, automatic recurring rent invoicing, a tenant portal for online rent payment, owner statements and trust accounting, deposits, arrears and late fees, and maintenance requests with vendor assignment.

It has since gained multi-currency rent and owner statements, jurisdiction-specific lease rules, owner and contractor portals, tenant screening and credit-bureau rent reporting, bank feeds, e-signature leases, and move-in/out inspections. Rental type can now be set per unit, so one building can mix long-term apartments with nightly rooms.

Accounts payable & finance

Vendor bills, payments and AP aging with approval workflow and recurring bills; a finance cockpit; tax returns covering both purchases and sales; general-ledger export; and period close, so a filed period cannot be changed by a late backdated entry.

Vehicle fleet & rentals

Fleet setup, online booking with checkout, counter check-out and check-in wizards, inspections with photo capture, deposits and late fees, maintenance and compliance tracking, corporate accounts, and fleet analytics.

SP360 Lite

A dedicated offline-first register for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android that completes a full sale with no network at all and syncs into your existing account when it reconnects.

Custom framing & production

A framing calculator with live dimensions and a frame preview, work orders with production kanban and time tracking, quality control and rework logs, offcut and waste tracking, customer quote requests and order tracking, and a completed-work gallery.

Pharmacy

Prescription tracking, controlled-substance logging, prescriber records, sig expansion, and insurance billing.

Everywhere

Analytics dashboards across eighteen areas of the business, AI tools for recommendations, customer and inventory intelligence, anomaly detection and demand forecasting, native push notifications on iOS and Android, and a continuing programme of security and payment-integrity hardening.
