Franchise & multi-brand

One template rolled out across several franchise locations

Franchise and multi-brand features are for businesses that operate as more than one thing — a group of franchised outlets, or several brands under one roof.

Franchise templates

A template captures a standard setup — settings, categories, products, and roles — so a new outlet opens configured correctly rather than being built by hand. Templates can also be applied to an existing location to bring it back in line with the standard.

Applying a template overwrites the areas it covers, so review what is included before running it against a trading location.

Benchmarks

Franchise Benchmarks compares outlets on the measures that matter — sales, average basket, labour, waste — so an underperformer is visible early and a strong one can be studied.

Royalties

Franchise Royalties calculates what each outlet owes on the agreed basis and tracks what has been collected.

Multi-brand

Where you run several brands, define them under Catalog → Brands and assign stores and products to each. Reports can then be filtered by brand, so a shared back office does not blur two different businesses together.

Branding per location

Settings → Branding and White Label control the logo, colours, and naming customers see — on receipts, invoices, the storefront, and the customer portal — so each brand looks like itself.

Who can do what

Franchise administration is deliberately restricted. Outlet managers see their own location; group functions such as templates, benchmarks and royalties sit with head office.

Note: your business can rename menu items (Settings → POS Configuration → Menu Labels), so the names in your menu may differ from those shown here.
