The app marketplace

Add-on apps installed from the marketplace

The marketplace under Settings → Marketplace lists add-on apps and integrations you can install into your account without involving a developer.

Installing an app

Browse the catalogue, open an app to see what it does and what access it needs, and install it. Most then need configuring — credentials for the service it connects to, or a choice about what syncs.

What an app can do

Apps extend SalesPoint360 in the usual integration shapes: pushing your sales into another system, pulling data in, adding a channel to sell through, or connecting hardware and services.

Before installing

  • Check what data it reads and writes. An app with write access can change your records.
  • Understand where data goes — an integration that sends customer details to a third party is a data-protection decision.
  • Install on a quiet day, not mid-peak.

Managing installed apps

Installed apps are listed with their status and settings. Uninstalling stops the integration; whatever it already wrote into your account stays, because it is your data.

When something misbehaves

Check the app's own configuration first, then the delivery and sync logs. Most failures are an expired credential at the other end — a token that lapsed, a password rotated, a permission withdrawn.

If nothing fits

Anything the marketplace does not cover can be built against the API, with webhooks for the event-driven half. See the developer guides in this category.

Note: your business can rename menu items (Settings → POS Configuration → Menu Labels), so the names in your menu may differ from those shown here.
